- Understand customer challenges and actively provide solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Critical thinking and provide assistance for support members.
- Monitor staff to assure that they are following established procedures.
- Keep customers updated on the latest changes in order to increase sales.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Identify customer potential to develop their business and add additional services.
- Provide technical help and solutions for customers.
- Project management of a key implementation
- Native German language, English — Advanced
- Experience in a similar position with team lead responsibilities
- Excellent diplomatic and communication skills
- Strategic and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge about complex processes
- Positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Strong interdisciplinary skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Technical knowledge is beneficial (basic programming skills, automation,)
- Monitoring the implementation of plans and KPI’s
- Strong analytical skills
