CopeCart is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven management experience and a great record in sales. 

Our ideal candidate is not only an excellent communicator but also demonstrates exceptional negotiation and leadership skills

Job requirements

Your responsibilities include (team leadership & strategy):
- Leadership and motivation of the sales team
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Prepare and report weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
- Conducting sales training to train new employees and continually improve team performance.

- Phone contact with customers and awakening of interest in a consultation appointment.
- Consult with clients to provide the best solution for their advertising campaigns.
- Qualification and maintenance of customer data in our CRM system.
- Advice and assistance on our digital products, coaching, and seminars.

Your qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Fluent written and spoken German, English
- You are sales-oriented and committed.
- You have a keen sense of customer needs.
- You can design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- You are ready to perform even in stressful situations.
- You have no problems with tools like CRM, MS Office, Google Drive, etc.
